Vimedev ("we", "us", "our") is a development agency serving clients across LATAM and Miami. This policy explains what information we collect through vimedev.com and our client-facing forms, and how we use it.
When you submit a contact, project brief, or domain-purchase form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, company, phone (if given), and your message. We also collect standard technical data automatically — IP address, browser, device type, and pages visited.
We use the information you submit to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver projects, and send project-related communication. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Contact and inquiry forms are processed through EmailJS, a third-party service that delivers your submission to our inbox. EmailJS processes the data you submit solely to transmit that message; see their own privacy policy for details on their handling.
We retain inquiry and project communication for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, or accounting purposes, then delete it. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data you share with us, but no online transmission is 100% secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Vimedev operates from Miami, FL and serves clients throughout Latin America. By using our site or services, you consent to your information being processed in the United States.
